Ordering & Delivery

Every piece of jewellery is handmade by me in my Rochester studio using traditional silversmithing techniques and carefully selected materials.

To purchase a piece, you can order online or get in touch with me directly by email. I can accept most major debit and credit cards over the phone, alongside bank transfers and cheque payments.

If your chosen piece is already in stock, I can usually dispatch it within two working days. If it needs to be made to order, delivery times can vary from a few days to around three weeks depending on the design and time of year.

If you need something for a special occasion or a particular deadline, please contact me before ordering and I will always do my very best to help.

All jewellery is carefully packaged in my signature black presentation box and wrapped securely for its journey to you.

UK Delivery

Postage within the UK is free of charge. Orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is fully insured and guaranteed for next-day delivery. A signature will be required upon arrival.

International Delivery

I can also post internationally to selected countries for an additional £15 charge to cover insured delivery costs.

Ring Sizing

All rings are handmade to the size selected when ordering. If your ring requires adjustment, I offer one complimentary resize within 14 days of delivery.

I simply ask that you cover the £9 return postage cost for Royal Mail Special Delivery. Rings must be returned using a fully insured postal service, as I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If you are unsure of your ring size before ordering, please get in touch and I can arrange to send you a complimentary ring sizer.

After the initial 14-day period, I am always happy to resize, refinish or polish your jewellery for a small charge depending on the work required.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your jewellery, unworn items can be returned within 14 days of purchase in their original packaging for a full refund or exchange.

Please contact me before returning any item. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the piece back.

As all commissioned and bespoke pieces are made especially for you, these items are non-returnable.

If you would like to exchange a piece, any difference in value can be settled before your new piece is dispatched.
